How ThermiSmooth® Body Works
In a ThermiSmooth® Body treatment, a professional uses the Thermi250 device to deliver precise heating energy to the skin, moving the device constantly in a circular motion over the target zone. To patients, this feels most similar to the sensation of a warm massage. The heating raises the skin’s temperature gradually, and sustained heat at a specific temperature can create the long-lasting results patients desire. Each target zone receives treatment for approximately five to seven minutes. Depending on the total area to be targeted, procedures may range from 15 minutes to an hour in length.
